Tweet Getting back in the routine after vacation is hard, y’all. That’s my only excuse here. Did I mention that I was running a 10K as part of my training? I thought it would be something fun to look forward to and a good way to break up the long runs. Which it totally was!

Tweet I’ve been doing the Weight Watchers thing since January. The program has worked for me in the past, and when, at my wits end, I decided to get my weight/eating/exercise under control, it seemed like a good way to go. But over the course of the past few months, I’ve stalled out on losing.
